I’m seriously working today. Seriously. But in the back of mind, I’m thinking about a vacation. Isn’t that why most of us work everyday: to look forward to those times where we don’t have to work. lol. Where we can spend fun in the shade or somewhere really warm (if we’re in a colder climate) or somewhere where there is a ton of snow (if we are in a warmer climate). But let’s face it, vacations are expensive. Some would argue that being burnt out and NOT taking a vacation is even more expensive than an actual dollar amount, but trips these days aren’t cheap.
I’ve been looking for a place where I can find good wholesale travel. Where the costs are competitive and most of all I can enjoy time away from all this work I’ve been doing lately. But when you’re traveling on a budget, you need to know that you can still take a nice trip, without feeling like you only went a town over or worse yet, you didn’t take a vacation.
So Comeback Kids, are you seriously working? Where are you going on your vacation? Are you looking to save extra money? or is cost not of a concern to you? Tell the treehouse and maybe in a couple of months I’ll post pictures of all the cool places we’ve been to.

Mik it’s this Saturday and I just got notified yesterday… she asked me to be a hostess but I am assuming I will need to find another dress because the dress I purchased does not go with her wedding colors.

Re: Books – Ohhhh don’t get me started on finding a good book on sale. I went in Half Price books and got waaaayyyy too excited in there. It’s seriously one of my favorite places in the world. And they have chairs set up throughout the store in all of the sections, so I be in there posted up!

Did I give yall the update about my sister and her pregnancy?? She’s about to have a huge baby. She went to the doctor last week and they made her get another ultrasound…..basically the baby is at 4 1/2 pounds. And she’s not “due” until mid-December. And babies typically don’t gain most of their weight until the last month. So yeah the doctor told her, she’s about to have a huge baby. ROTFLMAO. I’ll seriously be surprised if she makes it until Thanksgiving.
