Once you’ve been sworn into the F.A.T girl club (Fabulous And Thick). I refuse to even call my fattest former self “fat “(lol), you’re still F.A.T. I was actually working on a more self actualized post last night, but I got to thinking what could be more self-actualized than the way in which you see yourself and how food plays the largest role in it all. For much of 2007 and part of last year, I ate unconsciously even as a self professed foodie. Only foodies should be “tasting” their food. Part of tommorrow’s post will be the discussion of self-acceptance and my relationship with and to food. I’ll also throw in some stuff, I’ve been following in Paul McKenna’s “I Can Make You Thin”. Yes. I’m beginning to think fat has a woo woo spiritual element too. I really am striving to get my life to continue to fire on ALL cylinders. Life, love and money is cool. But hel!, my body, my health really is one of the most important elements.
Far left is me today-45 mins ago, just looking like Im off to French 3 instead of work (but this time I’m not gonna get a D-, oh Sister Seton how I’ve failed thee.)
I also got to thinkin this morning about what had gotten me here. Yeah I was there for the ghetto yoga in late 2007, but turns out I wasn’t doing a dayum downward facing dog thing.
I have tons of work to do today. When I play (I end up paying HARD, in the form of overload). I may not be on too much as a result. But I got some things to stay about the F.A.T Girl Slim movement tomorrow.

@ Nicki… I think everybody is on the same track here… I went grocery shopping too and bought a few things….. My main thing was I wanted a healthy snack because if I’m eating in smaller portions then I’m gonna need something to tie me over…. I settled on 100 calorie mini bags of popcorn…

Hey ladies…I’ve been on a lifelong wellness journey…I’ve found eating good and exercise works the best. But every BODY is made differently so just do what works for you. Believe me, I’ve discovered what DOESN’T work..lol. Anyhoo, I’ve been doing a new way for eating..works super well. Beans, protein and veggies in every meal. You don’t get hungry in between. I also will snack on sugar free fudgecicles for dessert. I lost 10 lbs last week…and working out of course…and one cheat day…Saturdays I ate whatever I wanted without restriction!

I started reading this book called caged bird yesterday
its sooooooooooo depressing! I been reading and reading like omg when does it get to the good part!
it will be just my luck the good part is on the last page lol. I am determined to finish this book without having needing therapy afterwords lol
